Reports Section

In the Reports Section, clients can access detailed dashboards and reports on their licenses, user activity, and test results. These reports offer an in-depth view of essential metrics, enabling clients to effectively monitor and manage their use of Leapwork’s services. The three main dashboards available are:

License Dashboard

The License Dashboard offers a detailed overview of your license usage, enabling you to track utilisation and identify trends. The dashboard is divided into several sections, each providing in-depth insights:

General License Info

The General License Info section shows the total number of licenses, studios, agents, and controllers you have purchased and that are available to you. It provides an overview of your entire license inventory.

License Overview

In the License Overview section, you can view detailed information for each available license. This section includes:

  • Studios in Use: The number of studios used during the selected period.
  • Studios Use Evolution: The change in studio usage compared to the previous period.
  • Agents in Use: The number of agents used during the selected period.
  • Agent Use Evolution: The change in agent usage compared to the previous period.

Agent Productivity

The Agent Productivity section offers a detailed analysis of agent productivity:

  • Agent Productivity Percentage: Displays the productivity of your agents for the selected period, expressed as a percentage based on 24/7 availability.
  • General Agent Productivity: Shows the overall productivity of all agents combined.
  • Agent Productivity Breakdown: Provides the productivity of each individual agent.

Agent Productivity Over Time

The Agent Productivity Over Time section provides a graphical representation of agent productivity trends:

  • Productivity Trend Graph: Visual representation of agent productivity over the selected period.
  • Agent Selection: Option to select one or more agents to view their productivity trends.

User Activity Dashboard

The User Activity Dashboard offers detailed information about user engagement, helping you understand user interactions with the platform and identify opportunities to increase engagement. The dashboard is divided into several sections, each providing valuable insights:

General View

The General View section provides an overview of user activity for the selected period:

  • Total Users: The maximum number of registered users and their variation over time.
  • Active Users: The number of users who logged in in the last month.
  • Inactive Users: The number of users who never logged in or didn’t log in during the last month.

Active Users Details

The Active User Details section lists the active users for the selected period, providing detailed information such as:

  • User Name: The name of the active user.
  • Last Activity Date: The last date the user was active.

Inactive Users Details

The Inactive User Details section lists the inactive users for the selected period, providing details to help identify potential issues or areas for improvement:

  • User Name: The name of the inactive user.
  • Last Activity Date: The last date the user was active or the date the user registered but never logged in.

Test Results Dashboard

The Test Results Dashboard offers a comprehensive analysis of your test execution data, helping you ensure the quality and reliability of your automated tests. The dashboard is divided into several sections, each providing detailed insights into various aspects of your testing activities:

Average Results

The Average Results section provides an overview of your test outcomes for the selected period:

  • Pass/Fail Rates: The percentage of tests that passed and failed.
  • Total Test Runs: The total number of tests executed.

Test Run Time

The Test Run Time section provides insights into the execution time of your tests:

  • Total Run Time: The cumulative time taken by all tests to execute.
  • Average Run Time: The average time taken per test.

Execution Trends

The Execution Trends section provides a visual representation of test execution trends over the selected period:

  • Test Execution Results: Graph showing the results of test executions over time.
  • Execution Time: Graph displaying the execution time of tests over time, allowing comparison with previous periods.

Summary of Run List Execution

The Summary of Run List Execution section provides detailed information about the execution of run lists and the tests within them. This section includes a table with the following headers:

  • Run List ID
  • Run List Name
  • Total Runs
  • Runs On Demand
  • Scheduled Runs
  • Average Run Duration
  • Reporter

Scheduled Execution Time

The Scheduled Execution Time section provides insights about the scheduled Run Lists and their start time accuracy.

  • Start Time Accuracy: Percentage of run lists that started on time versus those that did not.
  • Average Delay: The average delay in starting run lists.
  • Suggested additional agents to mitigate delays: Recommendations for additional agents needed to reduce delays.

Most Unreliable Tests

The Most Unreliable Tests section provides information on identifying tests with inconsistent results over time, focusing on those with fluctuations without modifications to the underlying code. This section includes a table with the following headers:

  • Flow ID
  • Flow Name
  • Flakiness
  • Test Executions
  • Variations

Note: To calculate the flakiness percentage, divide the number of times a test result changes from pass to fail or vice versa by the total number of test results, then multiply by 100.
