The Add-ons section allows customers to enhance their Leapwork platform by activating additional features and functionalities. These add-ons provide advanced capabilities, enabling users to extend the platform’s utility and customize it according to their specific needs. The following features will be available:
Cloud Agents: This feature allows customers to use cloud-based agents for their automation needs.
Cloud Blocks:The Cloud blocks can be used for various automation tasks, enhancing the flexibility and capability of automation processes.
AI Blocks: The AI blocks enable advanced automation using AI capabilities, allowing for more intelligent and adaptive automation solutions.
Features Activation
To access these features:

Click the Request or Activate button to send an email to the CSM in charge of the account.
Each add-on can have one of the following activation statuses:
Not Requested: The feature has not yet been requested by the user. Users have the option to request the activation of this feature.
In Progress: The request for the feature activation has been made and is currently being processed. Users will be notified once the activation is complete.
Activated: The feature is active and available for use. This status indicates that the requested feature has been successfully activated and is now operational.
